Not long after there was a hatch of baby alligators, there was one in particular who seemed to have a very different personality than the rest. You see, most baby alligators will quickly swim away as they have a natural fear of humans. Holly certainly fit this description as well, until there was a camera. Any time the camera was on, instead of running away, Holly would just sit there and float and let people photograph her. Her full name “Hollywood” suites her well. She can be seen most days March-November in the heat of the day, swimming back and forth between the dock and da Boat House. If you see her and she swims away, just pull out your camera. If she’s in the right mood, you’ll get a world class alligator pose.
