Lord, thank you for clarity in the midst of the clouds, for definition in the midst of the winds, and for calm in the midst of chaos.
South Louisiana has some of the most extreme summer and fall weather conditions in the US. But if we are willing to just look beyond the initial parts that are right in our faces – there is a much deeper, rich, amazing whisper. …..Can you hear it?
Sometimes the rainbows in the midst of the storm are just for you. Can you see them? Are you looking?
May you listen on purpose this night so you can hear that whisper and look on purpose to see those rainbows wherever and however you are. If you do with sincerity, you will.
